About Amazon

Amazon’s Leadership Principles thread through every element of our business. They resonate with each employee and are guidelines for how we act and make decisions. Our assessments and interviews have a heavy focus around our Leadership Principles so make sure you explore them ahead of your application for our programmes.
Teams around the world invent on behalf of our customers every day to meet their desire for lower prices, better selection, and convenient services. One way we guarantee a wide selection of products is through the 1.7 million small and medium businesses around the world selling on Amazon and offering more options for customers.

We want to reach net-zero carbon emissions by 2040, a decade ahead of the Paris Climate Agreement, and we are on a path to powering our operations with 100% renewable energy by 2025 as part of our goal to reach net-zero carbon.
