Writing a CV can sometimes feel awkward and complicated – especially when writing one for the first time. With this in mind, we reached out to Georgina to help demystify the process of writing a CV and applying for a job.

Apprenticeship Recruitment Process

Before you start
Sign up to our Expression of Interest to keep informed of news and updates as to when our applications open
Online Application
Find the role you're interested in through our programmes page and click apply. You'll need to upload your CV, answer a few eligibility questions and complete a short workstyles assessment
Online Assessment
You'll be asked to complete a game-based assessment to test your strengths and suitability for the role
On-demand Video Interview
To get to know you beyond your CV we will ask you to follow a link and complete a short video about you. You can use either a laptop, tablet or phone for this stage.
Virtual Assessment Centre
Meet the team's through a virtual assessment centre. As part of the assessment centre, you may be expected to take part in a group exercise, a presentation, interviews and other tasks relating to your chosen programme
