Are you eager to learn the ins and outs of maintaining a streamlined and precise finance function within one of the world's largest organisations?
As a Finance Apprentice, you take on the role of a Financial Analyst in one of Amazon’s many business areas, from AWS to Fresh, from Retail to Prime Video. Not only that, you rotate across 3 different roles over the 3 year apprenticeship (you'll also have an additional 6 months for end point assessment), and so gain experience from different areas across Accounting, Finance and Tax. Every role is different, but each one will require strong numerical skills and high attention to detail, which you’ll put into place in a fast-paced environment and working to deadlines. In order to explain complex topics to your business partners and stakeholders, good communication skills are also essential.

Training Breakdown | Apprentices will attend and complete modules in order to completing all Knowledge Skills behaviours culminating in an independent End Point Assessment. The training is delivered in mix of remote and face to face sessions Each week Apprentices will be allocated time away from their day-to-day roles to work on their Apprenticeship studies. You will spend approximately 80% of your working week learning from skilled members of the team whilst supporting learning on the job. |
