Engineer the future with Amazon
Develop hands-on technical expertise while gaining industry-recognised qualifications in mechatronics and automation engineering.
Build. Innovate. Maintain.
Are you curious about how things work and passionate about solving problems? As a Mechatronics Apprentice at Amazon, you’ll play a key role in keeping our advanced automated sites running smoothly. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology, learning how to install, maintain, and improve complex machinery that powers our operations across the UK and Ireland.
From your first day, you’ll gain practical, hands-on experience alongside qualified technicians, developing the skills needed to become a multi-skilled engineer in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.

- You must not already have a higher degree, or be studying towards a higher degree, in the same or a related field.
What you’ll do
Learn. Repair. Innovate.
