This apprenticeship combines practical, hands-on learning with academic study towards a BSc (Hons) in Project Management, giving you the tools to shape your future and drive success across Amazon.

About the role

Amazon's Project Management Apprentices work across a diverse range of Amazon teams - from HR and Operations to Technology and Entertainment. You could find yourself supporting people programmes, driving innovation in tech, optimising processes in operations, or contributing to projects in our entertainment businesses. Each apprentice is placed within a single team for the duration of the programme, gaining deep, hands-on experience while applying academic learning to real-world projects.

While we aim to match placements to your skills and interests, team allocation is driven by business need, so flexibility and curiosity are key. Wherever you’re based, you’ll play an active role in delivering projects that improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive meaningful results.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and support project delivery from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals

  • Manage risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications
  • Present outcomes and recommendations to senior leaders
