Training Breakdown | Apprentices will attend and complete modules in order to completing all Knowledge Skills behaviours culminating in an independent End Point Assessment. The training is delivered in mix of remote and face-to-face sessions Each week Apprentices will be allocated time away from their day to day roles to work on their Apprenticeship studies. You will spend approximately 80% of your working week learning from skilled members of the team whilst supporting learning on the job |

IT Proficiency: Skilled use of multiple software packages and systems to perform administrative tasks.
Record Keeping: Producing accurate records, documents, and reports, and making recommendations for improvements.

Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Task Management: Completing tasks to a high standard, applying problem-solving skills, and sharing best practices.
Time Management: Taking responsibility for initiating and completing tasks, managing priorities and time to meet deadlines.
Project Management: Utilising relevant principles and tools to plan, monitor, and report on projects as required.
