Are you a practical person who would enjoy maintaining buildings and facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly? Would you enjoy keeping facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained?

In this role, you'll play an active role in providing facilities services support to customers and facility management departments. This may include services such as security, maintenance and engineering, cleaning, catering, front-of-hour logistics, and post-room services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Candidates will need to be 18 years or over before the start date and have the right to live and work in England. For the apprenticeship program we prioritise applicants eligible to government funding for their apprenticeship and for this you need to:

  • Have lived in the UK or in the European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 years
  • Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the program
  • Not be registered to study on a UK government funded course ending June 2025 or later
  • Have 2 GCSEs at grade 4-9 (A*-C) or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English

You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship

Facilities Project Support: Assisting with the delivery of facilities management projects.
Communication & Collaboration: Developing strong relationships and working effectively in a team environment.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrating an interest in problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset.

    Game-based assessment
    Complete a series of short game-based tasks designed to identify your strengths and assess your suitability for the role
    Video Interview
    Video interview to tell us about your background, motivations, knowledge, skills and interests
    Virtual / Onsite Assessment Centre
    Assessment centres include: a group exercise, presentation and individual interviews

    (Assessment centres for this role are expected to take place between Feb - May 2025)
    Offer
    If successful we will extend you and offer to join our programmes and our recruitment teams will send you a contract of employment
    Onboarding process
    Our recruitment teams will complete the necessary background checks, register you with the programme training provider and obtain any personal information needed to begin your employment
    Start
    You'll then be ready to join us on your Apprenticeship programme
