This role is suitable for someone who identifies as a people person and takes satisfaction from supporting and working with others. This role will often require you to make decisions and recommendations on what the business can or should do in a specific situation. You will be liaising and be influencing managers to change their thinking as well as bringing best practice into the organisation using company policy and current law giving guidance that is compliant and where errors could expose the organisation to employment tribunals or legal risk.

Training Breakdown | You will build your skills over a 24-month period, starting in September. These skills will help you develop personally and professionally. Your apprenticeship will be made up of classroom/virtual based training to cover knowledge, on-the-job training at your Amazon base location, online learning as well as mentoring from our experienced team members. |
