This role is suitable for someone who identifies as a people person and takes satisfaction from supporting and working with others. This role will often require you to make decisions and recommendations on what the business can or should do in a specific situation. You will be liaising and be influencing managers to change their thinking as well as bringing best practice into the organisation using company policy and current law giving guidance that is compliant and where errors could expose the organisation to employment tribunals or legal risk.

Qualification & Level | Apprentices will gain the HR Consultant Partner L5 Apprenticeship standard and the CIPD Level 5 Certificate in People Management. |
Working Hours | Apprentices will work a 40-hour working week (Monday - Friday) |
Office Type | The positions will be based in a corporate office. |
Training Breakdown | Apprentices will complete a series of modules in order to gain the required Knowledge, Skills, and behaviours, culminating in an independent End Point Assessment. The training is delivered in mix of remote and face-to-face sessions Over the course of the apprenticeship, Apprentices will be allocated time away from their day-to-day roles to work on their Apprenticeship studies. Approximately 80% of time will be spent learning on-the-job. |
Required Skills & Qualifications | 5 GCSEs at grade 4-9 (A-C) or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this Apprenticeship |

Successful apprentices may also choose to progress on to a higher level qualification or vocationally related programmes.
