Are you passionate about technology, a natural problem-solver and eager to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organisation's information and communication systems?
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering efficient operation and control of the IT and/or telecommunications infrastructure that is vital to supporting the information systems needs of our organisation. Working alongside experienced ICT professionals, you'll develop a diverse set of skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring our systems and services remain secure, resilient, and aligned with business requirements.

What are the core components of this apprenticeship?
As an ICT Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience and training in areas such as:
Customer Support: Interpreting and prioritising customer requirements, providing remote or in-person technical support.
Fault Diagnosis and Resolution: Applying tools and techniques to diagnose and rectify system and software issues.
System Installation and Configuration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and network environments.
Cybersecurity: Implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats and monitor system performance.
Communication Systems: Establishing and deploying digital communication or telecommunications systems.
Stakeholder Management: Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, managing escalations.
Professional Development: Continuously expanding your technical knowledge and skills.
