What are the core components of this apprenticeship?
As a PR and Communications Assistant Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience and training in areas such as:
Content Creation: Developing engaging written and non-written content, such as press releases, social media posts, and multimedia assets.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Contributing to the creation and implementation of comprehensive PR and communications campaigns.
Stakeholder Research & Engagement: Researching and analysing stakeholders to inform effective engagement strategies.
Media Monitoring & Insights: Monitoring media channels and using insights to inform future PR and communication efforts.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluating campaign performance against KPIs and using these insights to drive improvement.
Stakeholder Relations: Sharing content with relevant stakeholders and media to maintain positive relationships.
Administrative Support: Assisting the team with administrative, logistical, and time-sensitive tasks.
Event Coordination: Organizing and coordinating stakeholder meetings and events.
Sustainability & Performance: Contributing to the organisation's sustainability and performance goals through communication activities.
