You will be predominantly work in the recruitment teams. The recruitment consultant’s role is to identify and secure job opportunities for the organisation they work for. They attract candidates and successfully place them in those jobs. A recruitment consultant may focus on the supply of flexible workers, permanent placements or a combination of both.

You will forge dynamic relationships with a diverse range of teams across Amazon UK, and work directly in partnership with hiring teams and training provides in building a future pipeline of diverse talent. The role has ownership of coordinating the recruitment process from advertisement to onboarding with the need to be organized and an eye for detail, multi-tasking and coordination.
