Meet Lottie
Hi everyone! My name is Lottie and I'm part of the European Apprenticeships team here in Amazon, and my goal is to encourage more women and girls to get into Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM) careers. As an engineer myself, promoting STEM opportunities and raising the visibility of women in engineering is something I am passionate about!
When I went to university (not too long ago), I was the only female in a class of 30. Fortunately, since then, I've met many more women working in the engineering sector; however, we are still in the minority and I'd love to see this change. I'll be taking you on exciting adventures through site visits, meeting fascinating people, and learning about lots of different technical careers as we dive into the world of STEM together!
